How CELOX Works
When the active ingredients in CELOX come into contact with blood, they quickly swell, gel, and stop bleeding. CELOX's powerful clotting ingredients work independently of the body's normal clotting processes, and they only gel with the blood they come directly into contact with. CELOX delivers potentially life-saving power as it stops bleeding, reduces blood loss, and in the event of severe bleeding, helps prevent shock.
H&H DualSeal™ Chest Seal Two-Pack puts the proven success of the Wound Seal™ hydrogel dressing in a smaller, more convenient package. With two 3.75” x 3.75” occlusive seals, the DualSeal™ Chest Seal pack provides the ability to cover two wounds without carrying a larger pouch.
With easy to peel tabs, each DualSeal™ Chest Seal can be applied over an open wound or can be used to seal over a puncture chest wound. Custom foil packaging provides 5 years of sterile shelf life and is rugged enough to survive in any environment from -10°C t o 40°C.
The H&H Thin H is based on the proven design of the H-Bandage compression dressing, the Thin H Bandage combines a 4" x 7.5" thick ABD pad with a strong elastic strap and the patented H-cleat compression device. The H-cleat allows first responders to deliver pressure down onto a wound to control bleeding and protect the wounded area.
The H&H Thin H comes in a sterile, vacuum-sealed 5 mil barrier bag, in either a flat fold or a standard fold to create a small tight package. This gives users choices regarding which version to pack in their kit. The Thin H is popular in small kits, small vacuum-sealed packs, and as a stand-alone product.
The TPAK needle is TyTek Medical’s 14 gauge TPAK chest decompression needle. It is in the recommended 3.25" length for treating a tension pneumothorax. You can't count on a standard IV catheter to needle a chest deeply enough in needle thoracostomy. Our 14 gauge x 3.25" TPAK chest decompression needle is a compact, reliable solution for treating a tension pneumothorax. Shock resistant case ensures the needle/catheter is secure upon deployment, and the capless flash chamber gives instant confirmation of needle placement in prehospital needle thoracostomy. TPAK comes in a rugged case, with a textured, easy-open hex cap.
The Special Operations Forces Tactical Tourniquet Wide (SOFTT-W) is the tourniquet of choose for the RTG cadre. We have used it and deployed with it all around the world. It is fast and easy to apply with a true 1-1/2" tourniquet strap and a quick-connect buckle that eliminates rethreading. This tactical tourniquet is the result of an exhaustive 24-month research initiative compiling end-user research and laboratory studies to develop a more effective, easier-to-use tourniquet for all environments. High-strength, lightweight alloy components are used in critical areas of function ensuring reliability in the most challenging of circumstances and on the largest of limbs.
Benefits and Features:
- A true 1-1/2" constricting band for increased constricting pressure and patient comfort
- Quick-release, snap-lock buckle design, allowing rapid rerouting of the band around trapped limbs without rethreading
- Lower-profile, lighter weight alloy components, providing the required strength and durability only metal can offer
- Single application method regardless of location
- 15% lighter than the current SOF Tactical Tourniquet and reduced size for easier storage
